Frequently Asked Questions

We’re glad you’re here. Whether you’re curious about how we make things or just wondering when your mug will arrive, you’ll likely find the answer below. If not, feel free to reach out to us at our Contact page.

How does your shop work?

We’re a print-on-demand shop. This means we don’t keep a warehouse full of finished goods. When you place an order, we send that request to our partner print shop, who then prints or presses your item just for you. It takes a little longer than the giant retail sites, but it means we don’t have waste, and we only make what’s actually needed.

How long will it take to get my order?

Good things take a little time. Once you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for our partners to print and prepare it. After that, shipping generally takes another 3–7 business days depending on where you are in the US.

What are your shipping expectations?

We primarily ship within the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days of your order being placed. International shipping is available, though delivery times will vary significantly based on your location and local customs.

What if something isn’t right?

We want you to be happy with your order. If an item arrives damaged, has a print error, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know immediately—within 30 days of delivery. For sizing issues, please check our size charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for simple change-of-mind or incorrect sizing choices. Send us a note via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Why do you add items so slowly?

You might notice our catalog doesn’t change much from week to week. That’s by design. We believe in making things that last rather than chasing trends. We take our time to think about each design, ensuring it feels honest and right for a homestead-inspired life. We’d rather get it right than get it out fast.

How should I care for my apparel and goods?

To keep your prints looking their best, we recommend washing your garments inside-out in cold water. Avoid bleach and harsh fabric softeners. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry when possible. This helps preserve both the fabric and the design.
